Because of advanced rusting on the entire fence, this thorough restoration involved dismantling the entire fence with gate, taking care of the underlying pedestals and plinths in blue stone. After restoration in workshop and surface treatment (anti-rust and varnishing), we repair the stone damage in house, matter of minimizing the number of interlocutors. The whole is placed in exactly the same holes in the stones. Points of attention in metal restoration: inspection and restoration of all functional elements of the gate, completion of missing decorative elements, use of original connections (pin-hole, bolts, rivets), thorough anti-corrosion treatment with special attention to the pieces that disappear in the stone during assembly.
