Your role

As an Estimator, you are the link between idea and execution. You translate technical drawings and complex project files into accurate, well-founded pricing — from private enquiries to larger tenders.

You analyse projects in detail, think along about execution methods, and understand how a design is translated into workshop preparation and on-site works. Thanks to your technical insight and accuracy, you lay the foundation for sound pricing and successful acquisition.

You work on files where we act both as main contractor and as subcontractor. During execution too, you play an important role: with your knowledge of the file and in close consultation with the workshop, you help prepare clear workshop instructions.

That variety makes the role especially interesting: you are not only working with figures, but also with the practical reality of how projects are prepared and carried out.

Your profile

An analytical thinker with technical insight, a sense of responsibility and a sharp eye for detail.

• Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Interest in metal construction and/or restoration is a major plus
• You can read drawings and interpret technical files
• Structured, accurate and able to work independently
• Communicative and comfortable working with colleagues from both office and workshop
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch; English is a plus
• Good PC skills (MS Office; experience with drawing software is a plus)
